The action performed by the vehicle in the waypoint.

arrive : refers to the act of arriving at the waypoint to pickup or drop-off the cargo or persons and placing them in a vehicle for transportation.

depart : refers to the act of departing from pickup or drop-off waypoint by carrying cargo or persons from a vehicle and depositing them.
